Product Description & Application
ZEN WASH ALPHA 60 is analiphatic hydrocarbon based, water miscible press wash.
Features & Benefits

  • Suitable for universal application; washes rubber rollers, blankets, dampers and metal surfaces
  • Corrosion inhibited; conforms to warranty requirements
  • Plate-safe; completely safe for use with unbaked analogue and digital plates
  • DE aromatized; minimized possibility of skin and eye irritation; low odor; optimum roller and blanket life
  • Flash point of > 60oC; low hazard rating; improved safety in use and storage

Storage, Handling & Packaging
  • Storage & Handling - Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperature in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of hand gloves is recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
  • Shelf-life - 12 months from the date of manufacture
  • Packing - 20 & 210 liters
  • Caution - Keep away from source of heat, sparks, open flame and static electric charges. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue. Unattended built-up of residue over a prolonged duration could cause ink transfer problems.

Product Description & Application
Zen Wash ARO U is a general-purpose, medium drying, water miscible blanket and roller wash.
Features & Benefits
  • Forms an efficient emulsion when mixed with water to enable single step cleaning of gum, lint, fluff and other water-soluble glaze build-up.
  • Contains solvents which break down deposits of varnish, resin and pigment from the ink and hold them in suspension.
  • Ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the rubber surface.
  • Dries completely without leaving a greasy residue.
Usage Instructions
  • Blankets - Apply the concentrate solution with a damp cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Remove the residue with a clean damp cloth or sponge. Finish with water application and wipe dry.
  • Inking Rollers - Apply concentrate wash from a squeeze bottle to loosen the ink film. Fix the gutter blades and apply Zen Wash ARO U pre-mixed with 30% ~ 40% water from a separate squeeze bottle. Cleans ink as well as water-soluble components in a single application. Use of a separate squeeze bottle ensures controlled consumption and minimal skin contact.

ZEN WASH BASE 100


Product Description & Application
Zen Wash Base 100 is a general-purpose, water miscible blanket and roller wash.
Features & Benefits
  • Ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the rubber surface.
  • Dries completely without leaving a greasy residue.
  • Forms an efficient emulsion when mixed with water to enable single step cleaning of gum, lint, fluff and other water-soluble glaze build-up.
Usage Instructions
  • Blankets - Apply wash directly with a cloth or sponge to dilute and remove the ink layer. Wipe away the loosened particles with a clean cloth or sponge. Wipe the blankets with a damp cloth or sponge to remove paper lint and fluff accumulation.
  • Inking Rollers - Pour a small quantity of the concentrate solution using a squeeze bottle and allow the press to run. Fix the gutter blades and pour a liberal amount of wash to rinse away the loosened ink. Follow up with one application of water to remove the lint, fluff and water-soluble material.

Zen Wash UV is a universal wash-up solution for all printing processes using UV curing inks and / or varnishes.

  • Strong cleaner for UV silk screens.
  • Recommended for undiluted use.
  • Safe on baked positive and Ctp thermal plates.
  • Water washable.
Usage Instructions
  • Apply the solution directly. Rinse away the residue. Finish with water. The use of squeeze bottles is recommended for controlled consumption.
