MULTI DRILLING MACHINE FOR SUCTION & BLIND DRILL ROLLS FOR PAPER INDUSTRY

Zenith has designed its high performance Multi Drilling Machine for Drilling holes in Suction and Blind Drill rolls. These rollers are extensively used in paper mills all over the world as they are more efficient in draining of water than any other technique.

Today most of the Paper manufacturing Companies across the world is using Blind Drill Rollers and we think that every paper mill roller manufacturer must have this machine to be able to manufacture such Rollers.

Some of the salient features of the Machine are as follows :-

Fully automatic with PLC controlled.
Capable of drilling holes in rollers upto 8 to 10 meters as per standard. ( the drilling length can be increased or decreased as per requirement)
Working diameter upto 1800mm
Capable of drilling holes upto 3 - 5 mm diameter in size.
The depth of the drilled holes is upto 6 -10mm as per standard. However the drilling depth can be increased if required.
There are 175 drills to 300 in one line. Additional drills can be added if required.
Roller with diameter 1800 mm can be drilled in 10 to 12 hour time.
Roller weight carrying capacity upto 50 tons
Power required to run this machine is about 30HP/ 22 kW

"SUPERFLEX" NEW GENERATION COMPOUND FOR INKING & DAMPENING ROLLERS

After a long experiment of almost 18 months in collaboration with Rubber Technologists from Germany, we "ZENITH - INDIA" have developed a new Rubber Compound for Inking and Dampening Rollers for printing machines. This compound is being manufactured from German raw-material & we are launching this product after getting positive response from our Domestic & International customers who had tested the rollers made from this compound.

Characteristics of the newly developed compound "SUPERFLEX" are given below:-

High Chemical and Solvent Resistance.
Uniform wetting of the Printing Plate.
Maintains the required hardness for a longer period of time.
Resistance to shrinking, swelling & abrasion.
Resistance to hardening even when exposed to isopropyl alcohol and substitutes.
Facilitates more rapid attainment of the ink water balance.
Excellent resilience , with grinding tolerance of less than 5 microns.
Achieves fine film thickness on its surface and on plate, resulting optimum fountain Solution on plate ie. ultimately on pa per to reduce paper stretching.
Quick and easy to clean.
