The PU Covers are made from the most modern polymers, specially designed for the demanding conditions in paper machines. Our special coverings are most suitable for the different types of Press & Size Rollers. To start with, we can manufacture PU rollers of upto the following size.

ZENthane.P is a polyurethane cover made from the most modern polymers, specially designed for the demanding conditions in paper machines. We developed it for press rolls and it allows all combinations of surface designs, up to an open area of over 50 %
ZENthane.P is offering the lowest dynamic heat generation. Therefore, it’s best suited for applications with high speed & line load and/or no internal cooling. The application and design, as well as the applicable linear load is evaluated individually for each position.
