One of our new innovations is our newly developed compound “Super Rock’, This is a specially developed compound that has a very fine finish and is very hard & durable. The mechanical and chemical resistance properties of “Super Rock’ is very superior to any traditional medium and it increases the service life of the rollers even in the most demanding conditions such as increased surface temperature, higher friction efficiency, swelling tendencies of mineral/vegetable oil based ink which becomes significant in high-speed machines.

Flexography is the major process used to print on packaging materials. Flexography printing besically prints on LD/HM/PP/Nylon/HDPP/HDPE/Poly/Non-woven/corrugated boxes/disposable cups/tapes and wrappers.
The selection of rubber compounds is the key of their printing performance in Flexography. All rubber compounds coverings possess unique properties that determine suitable for particular applications.
Flexography uses fast drying inks for printing process and can print on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates that is the reason it is important that the rubber rollers used in these machines are suitable for these kind of printing process.

Anilox Rollers are essential components in Flexo Printing, Carton Printing, and Coating. Anilox Rollers are precision engraved rollers, designed and manufactured to apply the exact volume of ink/coating, cooperating with the doctor blade chamber, to printing plates. Compared with traditional Machine Engraved Chrome Coated Anilox Rollers, Laser Engraved Ceramic Anilox Rollers have significant advantages of accuracy and durability. Anilox Rollers are measured by screen counting, angle of engraving, depth, and volume. An optimum engraving is achieved when all these factors are balanced in relation to the specific requirement of printing and coating.
Electro-mechanical engraved Copper chrome plated Anilox from ZENITH, provides high quality even in chrome plated coating, which has good chemical stability and its hard surface provides excellent anti-corrosion and wear resistance. Round, smooth and uniform cells ensure efficient and even ink release. Controlled cell opening and depth ensure a precise amount of ink transfer.
Rotogravure printing process is a high-speed printing process in flexible industries. It is rolled to roll printing process with a speed of up to 400-500 meter/min. Gravure printing basically prints on low-thickness printing material like PET/BOPP/NYLON/PVC/LD etc. For this process, excellent impression rubber rollers are required. The basis on which Zenith has formulated a special compound for Gravure Printing. This specially formulated rubber compound for the printing industry, provides excellent resistance to solvent base ink, chemical, pressure, and heat with the best of its physical properties.
