What is "Ready to Print" Rollers?
After years of experience, research and feedback from printers Zenith realized that refurbishing of old rollers actually compounded the printing problems. The printers could not take out the optimum results from their expensive machines.
To counter this problem Zenith started the trend of “Ready to Print” Rollers. Ready to Print rollers are the only viable answer to ensure quality and obtain optimum results.
Ready to Print
The initial cost of ULTIMEX range of rollers may be more but it saves more money over than any other roller on the market. They have a longer service life and don’t have to be replaced as often. They retain their velvety nap longer and resist glazing. They hold their shape and don’t shrink, so less time is spent in resetting, thus reducing downtime and operating costs.
Our highly skilled team of engineers ensures the optimum standards of accuracy in diameter, length, TIR (Total Indicated Run Outs), taper (Diameter profile) cylindricity and surface finish.
This high standard of expertise produces a proper and even stripe for the rollers with a very light setting to achieve excellence.

Eliminates the problem of ghosting in an offset printing press.
Provides smooth, relatively uniform coating of ink to the ink-receptive area of the plate cylinder in a offset printing press.
Improves the quality of the image printed by a offset printing press. Suitable for high speed sheet feed offset printing.
