Zenith Launches Its New Range Of Ready To Print Rollers EURO-ULTIMEX

ZENITH R&D team has developed a new genre of rubber compound for printing rollers, the “EURO-ULTIMEX”

Euro Excel & Euro Crystal (with advance molecular locking technology)

  • Made from a unique combination of oil-resistant rubbers and polymeric plasticizers.
  • All Ultimex covered rolls have got TIR less than 5 microns which assures you of higher Print quality (less dot gain) and longer plate and bearing life.
  • Higher abrasion resistance.
  • Improved tensile strength, better dimensional and hardness stability.
  • Aids in better productivity with its high resistance to oil, abrasion and requires less frequent setting.
  • Resistance to heat build -up at high speed offset machines. Extremely good nap for proper emulsion of ink and water.
  • Grinding tolerance of less than 5 microns.
  • Excellent resilience.

Special Rollers for Web Presses (Ultiweb)

Zenith’s pure NBR compound comes with a very high oil resistance and high abrasive resistance. It helps achieve an excellent stability even in elevated temperatures. Special advanced core to rubber bonding technology hence avoiding the bonding separation while running in high speed web presses which is a common problem in conventional rollers. Hence  better safety and improved production outputs.

Euro-Excel for Alcohol Dampening Rollers

Purpose Of Using Special UV Inking Rollers

  • As the chemistry of UV inks is different, the case of printing exclusively with UV inks need to be explored, that’s where the need of special UV inking rollers comes in. ZENITH supplies a range of UV inking rollers with different hardness varying from 25-40 shore checkcheck
  • For printing more than 20% of print jobs with UV inks , ZENITH offers a special range of UV inking rollers
  • For printing less that 20% of print jobs with UV inks, then there is a chance that one can use conventional rollers.
