"SUPERFLEX" Next Generation Compound For Inking & Dampening Rollers ↓
SuperFlex has been successfully accepted in the market by our valued customer after its successful launch 6 years back. This compound which has been manufactured from German raw-material has been a success in the Domestic and well as International Market. The roller manufactured with this compound is now coming with 2 years warranty.
Some of the characteristics have been listed below.

Characteristics of the compound "SUPERFLEX" is given below:-
- High Chemical and Solvent Resistance.
- Uniform wettening of the Printing Plate.
- Maintains the required hardness for a longer period of time.
- Resistance to shrinking, swelling & abrasion
- Resistance to hardening ever when exposed to isopropyl alcohol and substitutes acilitates more rapid attainment of the ink water balance.
- Excellent resilience, with grinding tolerance of less than 5 microns.
"EURO-EXCEL" FOR ALCOHOL DAMPENING ROLLERS ↓
For use on all types of Continuous dampening systems, it provides a fine. even & Consistent film of Water to the plate. The hardness ranges 20-35 shore A.
Uniform hardness & special surface ensures that the dampening Solution is dosed in line with the machine running speed-Supplied as a standard on all new Heidelberg Al color Systems.

- Facilitates attainment of the ink water balance.
- Abrasion & swelling resistance.
- Special elastomer to stay Softer for a very long period.
- Durable and solvent resistance
- Grinding & Crowing (where required) are carried out on precision Computerized equipment to utmost. accuracy in rubber roller profile.
⇒ MAINTAINING THE CORRECT INK WATER BALANCE IS THE KEY TO OFFSET PRINTING. DAMPENING ROLLERS MUST BE OF THE RIGHT COMPOUND, GEOMETRY & SURFACE.
“SUPER ROCK” For Rider Rollers
One of our new innovations is our newly developed compound “Super Rock’, This is a specially developed compound that has a very fine finish and is very hard & durable. The mechanical and chemical resistance properties of “Super Rock’ is very superior to any traditional medium and it increases the service life of the rollers even in the most demanding conditions such as increased surface temperature, higher friction efficiency, swelling tendencies of mineral/vegetable oil based ink which becomes significant in high-speed machines.

ZENITH LAUNCHES ITS NEW COMPOUND - "SUPER COMBI" for UV ink/Conventional Ink
Zenith R&D team has developed a new genre of rubber compound for printing rollers, the “Super Combi which has the same chemistry as that of original printing rollers manufactures. The rollers manufactured with this compound maintain dimensional and hardness stability for a longer span of lime.
Advantages Of Using - "Super Combi"
- Very good geometrical and hardness stabilities.
- Very good dynamic properties. Also suitable for high-speed sheet-fed and web-fed presses.
- Reduce ink misting through reduced heat build-up of printing rollers and inks.
- High swelling resistance with UV inks and chemicals.
- Advanced molecular locking technology to hold the shape and dimension of the rollers with continuous application of UV, Hybrid, and conventional inks.

⇒ PURPOSE FOR USING SPECIAL UV INKING ROLLERS
As the chemistry of UV inks is different, the case of printing exclusively with UV inks needs to be explored whenever the need of special UV inking rollers exists. Zenith supplies a range of UV inking rollers with different hardness varying from 25-40 shore a suitable for all UVinks.
For printing 100% print jobs with UV inks. Zenith offers a special range of UV inking rollers.
OSCILLATING INKING ROLLERS
Zenith oscillating inking rollers has special linear bearing inside that permits it to freely slide on its hardened steel core as well as spin on itsconventional mounting bearings.
This unique double action allows the existing main vibrator roller to smoothly drive the oscillating form roller back and forth over the side motion of the printing plate. In addition to breaking up ghosting pattern, the precision side motion of the oscillating from roller assures better distribution of the available ink supply for more uniform ink coverage.

STORAGE AND CARE FOR ROLLERS ↓
A roller that is taken from the press and is in good condition should be wrapped preferably in opaque paper before storage.
It is necessary for rollers to be stored supported by either end of the spindle horizontally or vertically and it should be ensured that the rubber does not touch anything solid of any other roller.
Rollers should not be stored in direct or semi direct sunlight. Apart from discolouration, oxidation takes place causing severe damage to the roller surface on the side of exposure. If damaged by such exposure the roller must be reconditioned to achieve a new surface to maintain evenness of ink supply.
Storage facilities should be kept away from electric motors and switch gear.
Thoroughly wash spare rollers before fitting into the press to ensure that no foreign matter enter & the roller Train.
It is not essential but is advisable to put rollers back into the press to their relative position. If the rollers are not marked, a simple numerical or alpha identification tabbing will overcome any problems.
